For the record, most people see me and never even consider that I'm Hispanic. Apparently my kindergarten teacher couldn't get over the fact that I, with my pasty white skin, blue eyes, and light brown-blond hair, am Hispanic. (I think it's because around here, Hispanic automatically equals Mexican.)
