So I'm currently doing laundry so I have clean clothes/socks/underwear for a quick overnight trip to Portland this weekend. It was then that I discovered that we never transferred the towels into the dryer this past weekend so I'm re-washing them for the second time in hopes of getting rid of that musty mildew smell. T_T
At any rate I'm also waiting for the speakers that my husband ordered earlier this week - it's something like $2000 worth of audio equipment that thankfully we didn't actually have to pay $2000 for. Once that arrives I'm off to both Fat Olives and Atomic Ale to ask about donations for the the KNRC fundraiser. I printed off the non-Dessert Rush donation letter on the off chance Atomic Ale wants to contribute to the other auction of the night, and there's something nice about having all of my bases covered.
Of course now there is a giant moving truck in my parking lot, blocking the entrance so until HE moves I can't go anywhere. Thankfully the UPS guy parks on the street so it's not like he can't get to me - though I kind of wonder if he would rather pull into the parking lot given the size and number of packages he's delivering. But even if he gets here in the next ten minutes, I have no idea how long it will be before I can go anywhere.
Nnnnnnggh. That's kind of irritating. Oh well, about the only think I can do right now is put a little make-up on so I can just leave when the time comes.
