Wow that gets old fast.
Anyway, now that I'm back and more or less into the swing of things, it's time to get down to business. I have three episodes of Gilmore Girls to watch for![[livejournal.com profile]](https://www.dreamwidth.org/img/external/lj-community.gif)
backtodragonfly, and since I've proved it impossible for me to just sit and watch anything I'll probably start cutting out the pattern pieces for my Sheena costume. I also have to put on the Bombshell bra and measure my bust to make sure I get the top to be the right size. (But more on the bra and it's effects later.) I might also have Word open so I can jot down thoughts on the episodes as they come to me. I was a little behind last week, as the discussions are on Wednesday and that was the day I was driving through Glacier. I kind of missed the original discussion post, replying too late to really be part of it.
Yesterday the hubby and I did some incidental shopping, picking up odds and ends that we need, such as hangers (to accommodate my ever growing collection of nice, button down shirts, skirts and various sewing projects), face wash, a lingerie bag for the wash and a few things for the bathroom. Before I had a chance to bring it up with him, my husband noticed that the shower curtain was getting a little grody and that it was time to get a new one. I also lobbied for a bath mat, as I have some very nice body washes that have a habit of making the bathtub slick. So if I use my nice stuff and then my husband goes to take a shower, he nearly falls on his ass. The best part of this bathmat is that I can toss it in the washing machine with bleach when it starts getting gross. :3 Bonus points for easy care! The shower curtain is in various shades of green, which match the towels and coordinate with the area rugs, and the Van Gough prints on the walls. (We have Van Gough prints in the bathroom. Feel free to make a joke. I've done it dozens of times.)

Anyway, I think I need to get a few odds and ends put away and the apartment put back in order. It was cleaned quite thoroughly before I left, but unpacking has a lovely tendency to completely destroy whatever semblance of clean that I managed to achieve before we left. It's not completely toast, but it's still messier than when I left.
*le sigh* Back to work, I guess.
