I hardly recognize the place

mercy_angel_09I don't think that my apartment has been this clean since my brother came to visit for Christmas. Seriously. As I've said before, things are generally well kept, but there always seems to be clutter. Now of the clutter has gone away. Tossed or officially put away, there is now a recognizable surface on my dresser, there's nothing on the floor that shouldn't be there, and there isn't a cobweb in sight.
The dishes are done, clean linens, and the floor has been vacuumed. Things are freakishly clean. And it kind of freaks me out. Oh well.
In other news, I've finally managed to get all of the fonts off of my old computer and on to Harley. Quite a few had already been transferred, but there were several that hadn't made the move, so I pulled P-chan out of storage and booted it up (which took for ever, which is kind of strange seeing as there's NOTHING on the hard drive except what was there to begin with) and copied the fonts onto my USB drive and then copied them onto Harley. Harley now has 606 fonts, and as a general rule I tend to download them every couple of months and install them. I like fonts. Of course, I like creating icons, wallpapers and text based graphics so having lots of fonts is important to me. (Weird, I know. But I like knowing that I have the Brady Bunch font and the Willy Wonka font.)
