I live in a perpetual state of confusion
Sep. 9th, 2012 12:45 pmSo I got on Tumblr this morning to find that Steven Moffat deleted his twitter. Needless to say, a few of the blogs I follow weighed in on the fact, most of it boiling down to Steven Moffat is/isn't a misogynistic douche canoe.
Honestly, maybe my criteria for a misogynist is off, but I've seen people calling him out for it and others saying that they're just being overly sensitive.
So, perhaps someone on my F-list who is more in tune with what's going on will please explain. I understand that The Moff is busy and that being constantly talked at/harassed on Twitter could take away from or distract from whatever it is that he's doing. I can also understand that after a while you can get tired of the bullshit and decide to get away with it.
Honestly, IMO, it's his twitter feed and he can delete it if he feels so inclined. But I still don't understand why people are claiming it's because he's a misogynist.
