Decision time

So, my interview at the Montessori school went SO well today, that I've already been called back for a second interview with a teacher tomorrow.  After that I'll have to take into consideration which job I want to work with, as both have some major pros and not a lot of cons.

You know, I've heard of Montessori schools but had no idea what they were until I Googled it just now. They sound really neat... I'll have to look into it more.

I like the idea of a slower pace and the hands on approach, as a small child I was a very hands on learner myself. I'll see how it goes at the second interview tomorrow and then really buckle down to make a decision.
