ZOMG, at twenty-five I should not be looking to buy the Indiana Jones Lego sets for myself.  Especially since I do not have the room for them.  I should also not be looking at the various incarnations of Mr. Potato Head (Optimus Prime, Bumble Bee, Storm Trooper, Clone Troopers, R2-D2, Darth Vader, and Indy, to name a few).  Jebus fuck on a stick.  I'm too told for this shit.

But I want it anyway.

As it stands, I was downloading the Lego Indiana Jones avatars, and am seriously contemplating buying the game because it looks ridiculously fun.  Like the Lego Star Wars games.  Not that I need the games.  Again we come back to wants.

WTF self.  Grow the fuck up already.

Now, I will allow myself to look at various Lego sets because my baby brother (well, he's not a baby anymore, he's turning 12)  has a birthday coming up and he loves Legos, and K'nex, and Erector Sets...well, anything you can build with, let's put it that way, shall we?  So at some point this weekend I have to go and get something for my brother's birthday, a card, and maybe some wrapping paper.  I may need to get another roll of some nice, all purpose, gender/occasion neutral wrapping paper since I honestly can't remember how much of it I have left.

There is nothing wrong with getting yourself Lego's or other kid type toys. My apartment is covered in comic books, manga, graphic novels, action figures, posters, video games, cartoons, animes and other toy-like nick-knacks. Eventually they will be worth something someday. As long as you're a responsible adult and pay your bills, have food in your home, do your choirs and don't do anything stupid, you can have fun still. There is no such rule or law that says that you have to stop getting toys and other fun stuff for yourself.

I have nearly entire DVD storage rack filled with anime, two whole bookshelves filled with manga, print-offs of anime/video game based sheet music, a collection of toys/action figures, a collection of anime/video game based tee-shirts...

And a very tiny apartment. X3

Aside from not having the room to put them, I don't have the cash monies to pay for them. ^^ I have my manga volumes that I buy and keep up on, and few anime series that I'd like to get, and that's where I'm going to put my fun money - and not into toys that I really don't need.

However, this does not keep me from looking and wanting.

I luv teh Legos. I totally have no problems sitting with my brother and building stuff with him. :3 But I don't need the Legos. I just want them. ^^

And yes, I want a Lego T.I.E fighter. T.I.I. fighters are cool.
